There is no one-size fee. SellingsVibe quotes after reviewing goals, pages, design scope and integrations. Most SME marketing sites are priced as a project; retainers cover maintenance. You get a written scope and quote before work starts.
How long does a website project take?
A typical SME marketing site takes a few weeks to a few months, depending on content readiness, integrations and revision rounds. We confirm a phased timeline — discovery, design, staging, launch — before build starts.
Can we update the website ourselves after launch?
Yes. When we use a CMS such as WordPress, handover includes training notes so your team can change copy, images and common layouts. Larger structural work can stay with us under optional maintenance.
Can you connect a new website to our CRM or payments?
Yes. Forms, CRM updates, PayPal/Stripe and similar gateways are common in our builds. We confirm the tools in discovery so the site hands leads and orders to systems you already use.
How should we choose a website partner, and what do you need for a quote?
Share goals, the current URL if you have one, must-have pages, integrations (CRM, payments) and a timeline. Will the new site work on phones and tablets?
Yes. New builds and revamps are responsive. We review key templates on common phone, tablet and desktop widths before launch — not a desktop-only layout scaled down later.
Will a redesign drop our current SEO rankings?
We keep URLs that already work, map 301 redirects where slugs must change, and preserve headings and metadata. Rankings can still move while Google recrawls. We do not wipe a ranking site just for a visual refresh.
What security is included in a website project?
Launch includes HTTPS, a hardened CMS/admin setup, updated plugins on handover, and a rollback plan for risky changes. Ongoing core/plugin patching and backups sit in optional website maintenance — a one-off build is a secure launch, not lifetime patching.
