Pricing depends on scope, complexity and timeline. We review each project individually, confirm what is in and out of range, then provide a clear quote before work starts — so both sides share the same expectations.

What is your turnaround time for projects?

Turnaround depends on size and complexity. After we understand the brief, we share a phased estimate. Small fixes may take days; larger builds can take weeks or months. We prioritise quality over rushed delivery and do not take last-minute emergency website builds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and PayPal (via Stripe), plus Hong Kong local options such as FPS and bank transfer. Payments run over SSL-secured checkout.

Do you require payment before starting work?

Yes. Payment before kickoff confirms the signed scope and lets us reserve delivery capacity. After payment and signed proposal, allow about 10–24 hours for project preparation; we reply within one business day.
