Hong Kong property agency website — rent, sale search and featured listings

Challenge

Many local agency sites bury rent vs sale, use weak district filters, and show property cards that fall apart on mobile — hard for shoppers and for search / AI to understand what the agency covers in Hong Kong.

What we did

• Traditional Chinese homepage for Hong Kong audiences: 出租 / 出售 tabs with 地區、物業類型、價格 filters.
• Hero promise + trust line, then four service cues (matching, team, follow-up, after-sales).
• Featured listings with estate name, rooms, 實用呎 and HKD price — local entity facts search and AI can cite.
• Responsive cards so the same inventory path works on phone without losing specs.
• Keep brand marks softened for a private / anonymized portfolio case — no outbound client URL.

Outcome

Buyers and renters can search Hong Kong listings by district, type and price in one clear path; featured homes (The Peak, Mid-Levels, Happy Valley) read cleanly on desktop, laptop and phone.
