Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. Or, we will email you the details of your purchase so that you receive our product/service. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download or claim your purchase, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download or claim your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

We offer TEMPLATE REFUND ONLY, while the eligibility conditions for a refund request:

• You are within the first 7 days of the original purchase of the template.
• You have purchased the template, and after installing you found that the template is not like what it’s described.
• You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the template unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the template in the future.
• If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the template properly or getting the template to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
• You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s) or have explained why the template will not work for you.
• You agree to deactivate and uninstall the template from your site if a refund is granted.
• Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing a template from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

Ineligibility conditions for a refund request:

• You don’t want the template after you’ve downloaded it
• The template did not meet your expectations
• You simply change your mind
• You bought the template by mistake
• You do not have sufficient expertise to use the template
• You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
• You can no longer access the template because it has been removed (we recommend that you download the template as soon as possible after the purchase to avoid this situation).

For other services we offered, including Web Solution, Writing Services, AI Strategy, and Digital Marketing, we do not offer refunds.
